LineItems is a mobile application developed to help freelancers in the film industry manage their jobs, finances, and administrative workflows. This Privacy Policy outlines what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

Sections 1–7 describe the app. This website is a separate thing with different answers, and it is covered on its own in Section 8.

1. Information We Collect

a. Anonymous Analytics Data

We collect anonymous user data to understand how the app is used. This includes general usage metrics, feature engagement, and performance data, which help us improve the app's functionality and user experience. No personally identifiable information is associated with this data.

b. Personal Information

During onboarding or app use, you may voluntarily provide information such as:

• First and last name
• Address

This data is used to personalize your experience and ensure the app functions correctly. Importantly, this personal information is not connected to any sensitive data you enter within the app, such as:

• Day rates
• Job titles
• Client or employer names
• Invoices or financial records

We do not link or correlate personal identifiers with the sensitive information you manage inside the app.

2. User Feedback and Onboarding Questionnaire

During the onboarding process, you are presented with a brief questionnaire. The answers you provide are sent to the developer via a secure webhook integration to a private Discord channel for the sole purpose of:

• Understanding user demographics
• Improving feature prioritization
• Collecting feedback directly

These responses are not shared with third parties and are not used for marketing or advertising.

3. Third-Party Services

The LineItems app does not use any third-party services such as RevenueCat, analytics platforms, or advertising SDKs. Your data remains within the app and your personal iCloud (if syncing is enabled). This website is covered separately in Section 8.

4. Data Security

We are committed to keeping your data secure. All sensitive financial and job-related information is stored locally on your device or within your private iCloud account, depending on your settings. This data is not accessible to us or any external services.

5. Children's Privacy

LineItems is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect improvements or regulatory changes. Any updates will be posted within the app or on our official website (if applicable), and the effective date will be updated accordingly.
